📓Create an event easily by following the steps

<aside> 1️⃣ Open WebX Official side event platform and click "Create Event”

Side events registered on EventPost will receive the following benefits:

1. Complimentary taxi transportation for users to the side event venue (limited to August 28th and 29th)
2. Free press release on CoinPost for the side event (usually ¥50,000 JPY)
3. Listing of the side event and inclusion on the WebX website

• Please note that side events registered using external links from “Create External Event” will not be able to receive the benefits shown above.

<aside> ⭐ Please login and check your email for a verification code. If you haven’t received a verification code, please check your spam box or if your email is correct.

<aside> 2️⃣ ① Click “UPLOAD” Upload a picture of your side event image

*please note that you can use any pictures, but be mindful of copyright restrictions

② Check if the visibility button is on ③ Please add information if you are considering multiple types of tickets or booths

(3-a) Please fill in the custom information here and press confirm

④ Please select whether the event will be held off or online. The left option is for offline events, and the right option is for online events.

⑤ Please enter the event location here.

⑥ Please enter Google Maps link for the event location.

⑦ If you want to keep the location private and share with only approved participants, please turn this option on.

⑧ Include information that will attract participants, such as the features, schedules, sponsors, and partners of the side event.

⑨ Add information you would like to collect from participants. Note: If not specified, only the email address and account nickname will be collected.

(9-a) Use this section if you want to know the participant's company or project information.

(9-b) Please enter any other questions regarding information you would like to gather such as, Telegram ID, full name, phone number, department, company genre, reasons for interest, etc.

★ If you want to make a question mandatory, please remember to turn on the required option.

⑩ If you want to make the event approval-based, please turn this option on. WebX recommends approval-based events. If this option is turned off, you will need to accept all participants, which may be difficult to manage depending on the venue's capacity.

After creating the event, you can view it from your account settings. Click on the event you created and scroll down to verify that sections (i), (ii), and (iii) are displayed correctly. If necessary, make any corrections by selecting "Edit Event" in section (i).
